Attachment Support
This will add the functionality of putting things like images right into your entries. They will be saved in the diary and encrypted if you're using encryption. The ability to put in any form of file is a hope, so that includes c source code, images, videos, and that pesky conf file you needed to remember.
I may accompany this with some sort of album plugin for the photo's.
Blog Support The idea will be to write the blog functionality as a plugin, it'd add a file menu entry: file->Sync Blog; and it'd need to add a tab to preferences (I'll still have to make that possible in the plugin system). And it'd basically just check times and download what it doesn't have and upload what's changed. I figure a lot of people would really like to keep a local copy of their blog so they can move it easier anyway; and not storing it would just be a lot more difficult!
Categorizer/Entry File Manager It's basically just a file manager for your entries. So far it's planned to have two types of folders: Folder which dynamically find their content via searching. And folders which just have the file you put in them. It won't physically move any entries, just have pointers to them so that you can categorize the entries. If you have any idea or suggestions about this they're welcome.
[X] Toolbar
I'm writing a toolbar for the next release which will give quick access to cut/copy/paste/undo/redo/delete. I'll likely add in some more goodies and options too.
This is available in 0.3.0. It's not finished, but back/forward/undo/redo/cut/copy/paste mostly work.

The weather will no longer be a small range of single words:
But instead more like:
Temperature, Sky condition, Precipitation (Can be null)
And, this information should be retrieved from the web for the specified date and optionally editable by the user.
If you'd like to add or modify this feature request please do so (the trick is to put the info in and change the ID part to 1).

In the next version (0.3.5) eJourn will introduce a manual. I'll post it here on the site along with the release.
The manual is not what I'd call exhaustive, but it's not completely useless either. I'll be continuously adding to it so that all the little quirks which I know about how to make the program work for me can be in your hands too. --MA_D

I decided to follow the current trend of adding search to programs.
Yes, I know eJourn already supports searching and has a bit of functionality for it. I'm referring to those little searchbars near the top right of a window that does some neat effect of narrowing down what you're looking at right now.
I'm going to try and make this so that it works in every tab:
In calendar it would list the entries for that month that contain the term you're searching for.
In edit it would highlight that search term everywhere.
In search it would search within the current result set (oh now you see where it can be cool!).
In categories (which probably won't hit in the next release) it will narrow the folder to the items with that search result.
